Collect Data
Once the instruments have been developed and the sample selected, we collect the required data whether that’s through a Web survey, mail survey, or other data collection technique. Once again, this is done according to the procedures described in the project proposal. These procedures relate to things such as the process for inviting people to provide input, whether an incentive will be used to encourage participation, the length of time people are given to respond, and whether any sort of follow up will be made with those who don’t respond within a specified period of time.
